j6480 wireless radio

On my j6480 printer when I am trying to setup the wireless connection I keep getting the error (The wireless radio is not functioning), also on the print out it says radio disconnected. The blue is on and the printer display tells me the radio, but it is not on.

Run a Wireless Network Test.  It will thoroughly test the radio and report.  If it is not working, reset the printer by holding the # and 6 keys while powering on.  If the radio still fails the test, it really is bad.
