We have a p2035n in our office on our network. Recently everyone stopped being able to print to it. I power cycled, changed drivers on the server hosting the printer and updated the firmware. All other printers the server is hosting are fine. I can ping the printer and send commands to print config pages but actual print jobs hang and then fail even when printing directly from the server. Printing through USB works fine. I have also tried changing the print process. The printer reads as "ready" and "error" when it fails. I'm going to assume its a network issue but the connectivity is there. I can even access the printers internal config through the IP. Any suggestions? Do I need to do a factory reset and add it back to the server? Any help would be appreciated.
