I should have known better than to buy another HP printer! When they work they are fine, when they don't you are s*****d! my printer will not wake up unles you unplug the **bleep** thing. touching touch screen does not work and is constatnly offline even though the wireless light is on and will print occassionally. Tried to get hold of 23 hour support in the day- bus sgnal on ALL lines. Tried on line chat - couldn't find serial number so won't let you continue. Found serial number, doesn't recognise it- And who the hell puts that number under the thing and upside down!! Hello HP?????? your customer service sucks! I need anser to one question and its impossible............ ![]()

Finally got help....... unplug back of printer, then unplug power source. Avoid using power strips. plug power back in and then to printer. now the power button works. Not sure if offline will.................
