Good evening. I have some problems with the HP Photosmart Plus b210a. Precisely after printing once the printer is not detected on the network and is defined as "not available". The works remain in the queue and the printer is turned off and on again unable to print jobs in queue.
The report of the printer on the network says "Passed" for each item

The same goes for iPad 2 and iPhone 4

The system is composed of:

Macbook Pro 13" with OSX 10.6 update now
Router Wavewgate Digicom3G150 with key Internet connected
HP Photosmart Pro B210 series Aio with ultimate drivers Apple

HW Address (MAC) d4: 85 ...

DHCP Configuration
Authentication: WPA-PSK
Encryption: Automatic (AES / TKIP)

The same system also use a PC with Windows Home Seven, but in this case, the printer works PERFECTLY!! Even with iPhone and iPad!

Let's reset the printing system:

- Sys Prefs, Print & Fax
- Right (control) click in the rectangle listing your printers and select Reset Printing System.
WARNING - this will delete ALL of your printers!
- Select the plus sign to re-add it. Look for the printer, select it and wait until the "Add" button becomes available. Click it.

I have performed the procedure at least three times, but I have not solved anything. The MacBook, iPhone and iPad still do not print to the Photosmart AIO, under Windows Seven iPhone and iPad print regularly. Other solutions to the case?

OK, I will assume that the printer's connection to the router and the router are OK since 3 other devices work fine.

Let's make sure your OS X is healthy:

1. Download and install OS X Combo Update.
2. Download and install HP printer drivers from Apple.

After this you may want to reset the printing system one more time.

Very good! This time we did it!. I only installed the HP drivers and Photosmart AIO printed five times in a row without any problem.
