"Offline" message for HP Officejet 4500 Wireless

1. Product Name and Number
HP Officejet 4500 Wireless

2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
Windows 7 64-bit

3. Error message (if any)
Printer is "Offline"

4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
No

5. In the subject title, include a brief, specific description of the problem, and your product information (i.e., product name of your laptop, notebook, printer, other device, etc.)

We have tried everything, including reloading the software. It still shows printer is offline.
