the printer keep saying initializing and doe not do anythinger is stocked on initializing

I have a C310a wireless printer and It is stocked on initializing and does not do anything, also the power buttom seems to be off

Hello Sarapa,

In this case it seems that the printer is stalling during its first startup. What you could try first is during the point that it is stalling, simply unplug the power supply on the rear of the printer. Then wait for about 10 seconds and reconnect it.

In the case that it still stalls, then contact your local support for further troubleshooting, if they can not resolve the issue with a reset or any other support options, then they will most likely exchange the all in one printer if it is still within warranty.

Hope the power cycle will help though.
