Constant yellow triangle with exclamation point saying no internet connection.  Printer is printing, can print wirelessly, but I don't think it's reporting ink status for Instant Ink. Have tried powering off, reconnecting, etc. but this continues. How can I fix this?

Hi @Sara02

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I would like to help with this issue. Though the printer is working on the local network it defiantly is not communicating with the HP cloud servers.

Start with the troubleshooting steps found in this post: Pro Tips: Troubleshooting ePrint and Scan to Email Issues in e-All-in-One Printers

Also, you can contact the Instant Ink department for assistance.  Contact Information can be found here.

Let me know if those steps worked for you. If they did, that’s awesome! Give us some reinforcement by hitting the solution and kudos buttons, that’ll help us and others see that we’ve got the answers!
