ENVY 5660
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My ENVY 5660 Print, Scan, Copy Photo - will not calibrate for labels. It only prints a about a quarter of a circle on the left hand side of the paper.

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums for a solution to your calibration issue.

 

I understand that that you are using an HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer with a Windows 7 computer and you are unable to get the printer to calibrate for disc labels. I would like to help.

 

I referred to the HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer Specifications and found that labels were not listed as a supported media type.

 

The only calibration that this printer is designed to do is the printer alignment, which takes place during the initial setup, or when ink cartridges are replaced.

 

 

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
