Hi,

Is there any error while printer connects to new router? and have you tried using HP Print and Scan Dr utility from above link?

Please provide more info like router brand and model.

Hi,

Download and run HP Printer Install Wizard from link below to troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks for the link - I will try it shortly. One other thing..when I restored defaults, I lost the IP address on the printer display (after pressing the wifi icon on the panel). Will the link help wth this? Thanks again

Hi,

On the Printer Front Panel go to settings > Network Settings and check if printer is still connected to old router.

I just don't have any IP address on my printer. The Blue wireless light is flashing continuously. The link just asked me to connect usb - as it couldn't see my printer. I did what I was asked to do - but still no solution 😞

Whoopee! Just tried the link again - and it worked! Many many thanks. 🙂
