Deskjet 3632
We recently bought the Deskjet 3632 printer and it will not print from the internet. It will print from Microsoft Word but nothing from emails or webpages. I have installed, un-installed, and reinstalled the software many many times. All the test pages print fine. I have it plugged in with the USB, why can't it be as simple as every other printer. Plug it in with the usb and bam and it prints. But not this piece of junk. It would be better off in the trash at this point. Any suggestions? Because all I can think is the only solution is trash it and swear of HP junk forever.

Hello@Tcoulthart,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I have read your post and understand that you need assistance in fixing the printing issue from a browser. I will definitely help you.

I would like you to execute the steps below and check if that solves the issue for you.

  • Open Internet explorer.
  • From the menu bar, select Tools.
  • Then internet options.
  • Under internet options, select programs tab.
  • That select Manage add-ons,(bottom of page).
  • Scroll down to find Smart Web Printing.
  • Click the disable tab on the left.
  • Then close the browser and reopen the webpage and check.

Hope that answers your question. Let me know for more.
