All-IN-One 7310
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When trying to install the HP Solution Center for my 7310 that is connected via a wireless network I do not get that option to connect although the Help menu states that that option hould be available.  I have checked the network and it is there and I can print thru the network.  I need to use the other features of the All-In-One, (e.g., Scan) so need the Solution Center. Please let me know how to overcome this connection problem.  Thanx.

I saw your post on how you are trying to connect your HP Solution Center to your HP 7310 printer. I am happy to help you with this issue! 

 

Please try the steps within this guide, Printer Not Found During Network Driver Setup (Windows). If this does not resolve the issue, perhaps try scanning without HP software. Scan Without HP Software (Windows 7).
