Product: Deskjet 2135
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Please help me. Until three days, i can not install software printer Deskjet 2130 series because one driver is not installed (other drivers have to installed).  Have a solution for fix driver HPDeskjet 2130 series?

 

I have to solution through devid.info but driver HPDeskjet 2130 series is not founded.

 

Please help me. I have this new printer three days ago :'(

Hi,

 

Thankyou for contacting us through support forum.

 

I believe you are trying to install your printer on USB connectivity.

Have you tried to right click on the device name and do Update Driver..

 

If USB, are you trying to do a plug and play. or have you downloaded the driver from support page and trying to install them.

do you get any error on the installation screen or is it getting struck at the connectivity screen.
