Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Envy 7640 will not print from the internet.  I found that there are two printers and I am told to choose one.  I only have one printer.  The names are:  HP Envy 7640 Series ( Network) and HPE2C76C (HP Envy 7640 Series).  I uninstlled nd re-instlled the printer, updated the driver to windows 10.  Same problem.  I don't remember ever seeing two printers listed.  No other changes have been made.  Thanks for any help

I finally got it to work.  What I had to do was completly uninstall everything, but I didn't use the standard uninstall program.  I used Maxuninstall.  Then I re-instslled the printer from the HP web site, not the DVD.  Set up the wireless network and now everything works fine.  There is only one printer.  The only thing different than from the first time was using Maxuninstall and installing from HP and not the DVD.

Thanks anyway

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

One printer is the IN-OS printer.  You're installed wirelessly right?

You can choose the one that you installed the FULL feature software.

If you need to install the FULL feature software, this resource will help :

The following resource will help you :
