Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello All,

 

I am in need of copy of HP Alignment Paper for the following Printer. - HP OfficeJet 4630. Can HP solve this issue through software update in online mode and send me pdf copy of the alignment paper for my backup.

 

Kindly advise.

Hi,

You may print an alignment page from the printer as following:

  1. Load plain white paper in the paper tray.
  2. On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow () to select Tools, and then press OK.
  3. Press the Down Arrow to select Align Printer, and then press OK. The printer prints an alignment sheet, and then prompts you to scan the page.
  4. Place the printed sheet on the flatbed glass as instructed and follow the steps on screen to complete the alignment process.
