Hello, where you set the "Rotate 180 °" when printing documents? In the Properties - Edit - Orientation this option is not.

After some further research with the print driver. It appears that the best solution for this situation is to manually rotate the paper as you are loading it into the printer.

Thank you, but a new driver is installed. The problem we have from the beginning. Would a universal print driver from HP, this printer does not support. We print envelopes in Word and we need to rotate 180 degrees. The printer setup is referred to as "Portrait" and "Landscape" 😞

These are special envelopes. We solve it by printing to PDF and the Adobe Acrobat Reader document turn 180 degrees. When buying HP printers already have this function next time we check in advance.
