Officejet Pro 8710 all-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer worked fine I set it up. Now it shows "printer offline" when I send a document. I can always get it to print if I turn off the printer and then back on. However, I have never had an HP printer that required this. I have unplugged the modem and the printer and that has not corrected the issue. I am using Windows 10, but my laptop came with this, it was not an upgrade added later, and i purchased the HP printer after I had this laptop. very frustrating.

and I dont see a place to do an online chat directly with HP staff. Is that possible?
