Hello,

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series laptop that has Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit operating system.

I cannot print attachments from emails for whatever reason. I can print the emails themselves just fine but whenever I try to print either a Word document or PDF attached to the email, it tries to save a file with a really long name.

Please see the two images below. Thank you!

After troubleshooting further, it turns out that it wasn't printer driver related. I unchecked the Print to File box in the Advance options. This has been resolved. Thanks!
