Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw Printer is the worst printer I have ever bought.

I have 7 HP Printers bought over last 20 years all have been good.

I spent a fortune of this dumb PageWide Pro I have print jobs stuck in the print que & can't print them or get rid of them.

The printer also keeps loosing the IP address & won't work.

You turn it off correctly then when you turn it on again it says it was not turned off correctly.

A total night mare.

I have spoken to HP Technical suppot on a number of occassions, & yesterday I worked with HP tech support & eventually they would not chat online at all because they could not fix the problem, they would not respond which is totally unacceptable. I let them  have remote support to my computer but the technician wouldn't connect, obviously that person could not fix the problem. (I have kept copies of all the problems & particularly yesterdays web chat).

If you like a good nightmare buy one of these!   HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw Printer.

Has anyone else had these sorts of issues?

Look forward to replies

HELP!!!!!  HELP!!!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.
