Hi Everyone,
I have a Officejet Pro 8600 installed in a Macbook pro.
After upgraded to Mac OS Sierra (10.12) "Save" button, at HP Scan software now is disabled when save screen appears. Save documents is only possible using “Test” option at “Preferences” menu.
It worked fine with last version “El Captain”.
I’ve searched for HP Scan new version for Mac OS Sierra, but nothing.
Anybody have a clue how to solve this problem?

Hi,
The HP Scan application is incompatible with Sierra, therefore you may experience issues.
Delete HP Scan by moving it to trash, then empty the trash.
Instead install HP Easy Scan below, it will be installed within the Applications folder:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/hp-easy-scan-1_...
If you experience any further issues, ensure the latest software is installed by following HP Easy Start below:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
Finally, ensure your drivers are up to date by clicking the Apple icon, select About this Mac and then press Software Update.
Click Store on the top menu bar, click Reload Page, click Update All if any updated are available.
