macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hello,

I am trying to print on envelopes that are a specific size. The size is not listed on the printer screen for options. I have customized the dimensions on the printer set-up on my computer but the printer itself wants the exact dimensions. The dimensions of this envelope are 6.5x6.5 how do I input my own custom size envelope to print on?

Thanks!

Jen

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want to print custom size envelopes on HP Officejet 6968 printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

  • Load the custom-size paper into the paper input tray.
  • Open the item you want to print.
  • Click File, and then select Print.
  • In Paper Size, select Manage Custom Sizes.
  • In the Custom Paper Sizes window, click the plus sign   to create a new paper size, double-click the default untitled name, and then type a new name for the custom paper size.
  • In the Paper Size section, type the dimensions of the custom paper in the Width and Height text boxes, and then set the margins.
  • Click OK.
  • In the print preview window, select the new custom paper size.

Click here and refer the document to perform the above troubleshooting steps.

Let me know how it goes.
