Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have been trying more than ten times to download this update. It looks like the process is working to the end as I do not get any error message. However, the HP support Assistant keeps showing me that the "HP My Display OSD" update has to be downloaded.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Ambroise

Hello, @Ambroise - Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for your continued participation on the HP Forums! I would like to help you with the windows update issue 🙂

I see that you are having issues while updating the drivers on your Envy. Do not worry, I’ll definitely try to help you fix this issue!

If the HP Support Assistant steps don't fix your updates problem, then I would suggest running the MS Windows Update Troubleshooter: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/instantanswers/512a5183-ffab-40c5-8a68-021e32467565/windows-upda...

After the troubleshooter finishes, try running Windows Update again and install any available updates. make sure to restart your PC once done. Also, if you need further assistance, make sure to reply with the complete model number of your PC: http://hp.care/2kgwZmU

That should do the trick, let me know the outcome!

Good luck 🙂
