This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting the error " 0x0000f6". I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

Please try the steps listed in this document to see if it may help with this error message: '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Displays.

 


If you are still having issues, try this document: 'Ink cartridge problem' Message Displays on the Product. Disregard the title.

 

Are you using Genuine HP Cartridges?
