HP Recommended
Product: HP Deskjet 3636
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer will print and scan , But when I go to HP solutions centre it gives the following message.

The devce installation is not complete.

I have not indicated that I want the replacement ink cartridge deal.

 

Anyone had a similar problem?

Hi,

The HP Soulution Center software is not a part of your current printer software and those cannot be sued together, it was belong to a previous HP printer you had...

 

See the following article, check the 'Is Solution Center available for printers manufactured after 2010?' section, your pritner is provided with the HP Printer Assistant software:
