As we have properly understood your issue you want to downlaod the new app in the laptop please follow these steps:

.

 

You can download the apps on your laptop, send them to your phone and install them manually by clicking on concerned app. Alternatively, if you want to install app directly from your laptop onto your android device use Install apk files from your PC or SD Card.

 

Please let us know once you are done.
