Please if anyone knows step by step how to set this up please help! I have pictures of my grand children on my phone I want to print -up I ask for this printer for Christmas no luck in getting the two to work. Please step by step, I 'm not a young person and just want my photos!

How do you connect your printer now ? Are they (printer and phone) on a same network ?

 

(a) If Yes, please use Google Play/Store to install HP ePrint app on your phone and use this app to print,

(b) If No, please try the following instructions

My IP on my printer states not connected! I went to the Staples I bought it on and his apple phone printed on it. He told me I was going to have to pay an Xtra 30.00 to be able to print my pictures because of my phone it is the Z MAX Pro 32 GB. Should I try and go to The HP e print? Confused?Please Help!

Looks like you have not connect your printer to a network.  How do you connect your printer now ? OR please try the following option:

 

          http://www8.hp.com/au/en/ads/mobility/overview.html

 

 (Select Android).

Hi,

 

Do you have a computer which is connected to your home network already ? The quickest way is to use the CD with came with the printer then run setup from a computer.

 

If NO computer available. Please try option on my previous reply.
