I get a mismatch message when trying to print #10 envelopes with windows 7 from AllPro address manager soft ware with HP office jet 4652

I understand that you are having some issues with printing envelopes from your Windows 7 PC to your Officejet 4652 e-All-in-One Printer. I can help you with that, however I am going to need some clarification first. Please let me know if you see the mismatch error when printing envelopes from another program first. Once I know that I will be better able to assist you.

I have solved the problem, in the address manager software there is a window that pops down in printer set up for positioing the envelope in the printer. Do not select it manually, select automatic and it workd just fine.
