Trying to print wirelessly from laptop however states printer is offline. I connected via USB and prints fine and also prints from my iPhone.

Can anybody help me please?

I understand that you are unable to print wirelessly from your HP printer as the printer shows as offline.

 

This issue could occur if the correct ports are not selected.
