HP Solution Center
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8620. I lost the disc to install HP Solution Center. I upgraded to Windows 10  and somehow HP Solution Center was uninstalled. I can't find a ink to download Solution Center and I am in desperate need to scan and print documents. Thank you!

Welcome to HP Support Forum. The HP Officejet Pro 8620 does not use Solution Center software, it uses a better name called HP Printer Assistant. Now please try

(a) Hit Win key,

(b) Scroll down to HP folder and expand it,

(c) Right click HP Officejet Pro 8620 and select Pin to Desktop (or Taskbar).

Regards.

Thank you; much appreciated! Interestingly enough though, the printer came with a disc with Soution Center! When I expanded the HP folder and pressed on HP8620, what opened was the sam as the Solution Center!

Thank you again!!!!!!
