HP Envy 5660
Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard

Hello:

Since Nov 2016 my IMAC and Printer have stopped working together.  I am running MAC OS 10.6.8.  I can send job to printer , printer spins but nothing prints.  Spent an hour on phone with Apple Care.  They couldn't figure out issue.  Is software incapatible with HP driver?  Anyone else dealth with this?

Thanks

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

As I understand the printer is running but doesn't print,

I'd love to help, however, to provide an accurate solution I need a few more details:

Does it work using the copier as a standalone printer?

Do you receive any error messages?

In the meantime, try the steps mentioned below:

Attempt the steps mentioned on this link and let me know about the outcome of the suggested steps: Click here

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,
