HP Office Jet J4680
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I set up my Office Jet J4680 on my WiFi Network. For some reason it stopped connecting. I would have to turn it on and off multiple times to have in recognized as "connected" to my Mac (OS 10.12.2). Finally I looked at one of HP Support things and there was something that mentioned to delete the printer and reinstall the drivers. I deleted the printer, but HP does not have drivers for Mac OS 10.12.2 nor does apple. I now have no idea what to do to fix the problem. Any help is appriciated. Thank you

Hi! @NeedHelpPlease2, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand that your printer has stopped printing. And you don't have drivers for OSX 10.12.

Don't worry I will try to help.

I have checked your printer compatibility with OSX 10.12 and it is supported.

However, you have to install HP Printer Drivers v5.0 from the apple website.

Please install the drivers using this link.

Let me know if this works!

Have a beautiful day ahead! 🙂
