Product: Photosmart C7280 All-In-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Downloaded Windows 10 driver software from HP website. Installation was indicated to be successful. Tried test scan from the Scan Menu and got message "No Scan Options."

Firstly, please download an run the following tool:

      http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe

It may fix the problem for you. If not, post back full error message(s).
