Using Excel 2016 xlxs spreadsheet gridlines do not print correctly. Some columns always fail to print, but in a fairly random manner. HP trouble shooter says my driver is up to date.

@Beres

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand the excel gridlines aren't being printed as it should be,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help you, although, to provide an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern:

When did this issue begin?
Have you attempted to print using other applications or online spreadsheets?

did you make any recent software or firmware upgrades?

In the meantime, I have a few steps that'll help:

if the issue is specific to usage on the MS Excel, I recommend turning off the UAC settings and retrying.

And if the issue persists or isn't with the Excel alone, Please check this HP Article to resolve print quality issues: Click here

Let me know how that pans out,

Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,

It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.
