OfficeJet 6600
macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hello,

I have spent the last 3 hours with Apple trying to configure my HP OfficeJet 6600 to print wirelessly. For some reason I can print regular files like pdf, pages, or even notes.

The print job itself says the the printer is idle, and it will list the jobs and the status will show as "Printing - The printer is in use"

To make sure this was connected properly, I went into the Utility for the printer and discovered that I could print Test Pages. So I know that the two devices are connected and communicating. Also when I connect the printer via USB cable, it prints things just fine. The problem is when I try to print wirelessly.

Can I please have an HP representative help me fix this issue?
