Since downloading macOS 10.12.1Sierra update for my iMac and MacBook when I try to use the HP Scan App it works until I try to sent to file when the option to save to file is greyed out.
I'm using an HP Officejet 6600 and have downloaded latest drivers HP-Inkjet-SW-OSX-Mavericks_v12.34.51.dmg
Any suggestions?

Hi,
The HP Scan application is incompatible with Sierra, therefore you may experience issues.
Delete HP Scan by moving it to trash, then empty the trash.
Instead install HP Easy Scan below, it will be installed within the Applications folder:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/hp-easy-scan-1_...
If you experience any further issues, ensure the latest software is installed by following HP Easy Start below:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
Finally, ensure your drivers are up to date by clicking the Apple icon, select About this Mac and then press Software Update.
Click Store on the top menu bar, click Reload Page, click Update All if any updated are available.

Thanks for a quick and clear response.
The new HP Easy Scan app looks to replace HP Scan so it's a ;itt;e disappointing HP haven't issued guidance to change over.
Thanks again for your help it's ended 2weeks of frustration and I can now catch up with a number of delayed tasks.
