Hello

Somehow my printer went offline and am I unable to reconnect the printer using my IP address or hostname.  I logged into the web print page to print out my details and now I have somehow disconneted my printer from my wireless network as well as I am no longer able to see my IP address or network name.

I have also noticed that I no longer have a network name and that all function are now locked and requires admin login.  I have tried to see if my current IP address will go to the web page but this is no longer available.

Can you please let me know how I can reset my printer so that I can re-establish connection to my wireless network as well as how to get access to my printer information.

I must have somehow change my login...

thanks in advance

Amanda
