envoy 5541 all in one printer

I have new envoy 5541 printer and got right to the end of the installation process but after printing the alignment page, the printer  screen has frozon on the "Alignment successful" screen.  Any suggetions?

Which operating system do you use with the printer?

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
