Hi,

Recently purchased this printer and I'm having the issue of it persistantly going in to 'Offline' mode, I've set the sleep timer to 2 hours and played about with a few other settings however I'm at the point now where it's permanantly in Sleep mode, even after a reboot and a manua printl test page directly from the printer.

Firmware is up to date
Printer is connected via Wireless

I've followed these troubleshooting steps and still no luck

update: When reininstalling the printer on a laptop, it brings the printer Online, but only for the individual device. It will still show as offline for all other devices. (tested on Windows 10)

Please help!

Many thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben

do you get message B81109FE on your display?  If so, this is what happens to me in our office.  I can be working away and suddenly I get this message, try to turn off, then it always tells me I have turned it off incorrectly, after a couple of attempts it turns back on and starts up again.  I unfortunately had no replies to my forum question.

I have got around this by creating a direct IP Port instead of using the HP Network re-discovery Port Monitor
