My HP Photosmart Prem C310 is connected to my wireless network just fine, and was printing from my desktop Mac just fine until last week. The wireless connection is fine, the computer and printer are on the same wireless netwrok as per the netwrok test report.
In an attempt to reconnect the printer, I deleted it from the system preferences printers and scanners screen. Now, when I try to add the printer, it doesn't appear in the list under Default. I have also tried added it using the IP address on the Wireless Network Test report, but am only receiving the message that the computer is "unable to verify the printer on your network" and "unable to connect due to an error."
I have tried shutting down the printer and the computer, but nothing is working. I'm at a loss and extremely frustrated.

Hi @jsd75,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
I understand that you cannot connect your HP Photosmart Premium c310 to your Mac. I am happy to help!
To verify the printer's hardware is functional, are you able to print a test page, without using the computer? Video: Printing a Test Page.
In the meantime, please try the steps within this guide, 'Printer Offline' or 'Printer Not Responding' Message (OS X).

Thank you, the process of unplugging the printer while it was tunred on was what finally fixed the problem. Thank you!
- Make sure the printer is idle, not making any sounds, before continuing.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.
- Try printing again and note what happens.
- If the printer prints, you are done.
- If the print job becomes stuck again, continue to the next step.
