I have bought a HP envy 4527  It airprints from my iphone but it wont print from my mac.  I have spent 2 days trying everything. In system preferneces it recognises the printer.  When I try to print a document it comes up - then disappears.  Im not sure if its a driver problem  but when I go on the HP website it wants to know my Mac system -  mine doesnt appear to be listed ???

diane95Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are unable to print from your computer on HP Envy 4527 printer. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • How is the printer connected to the computer, wired or wireless?
  • Which version of Mac OS is installed on your computer?

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.

Cheers.
