Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Deskjet 1510 printer. I understand that your printer is not responding when you print and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Check the print queue.
  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
  • Uninstall the HP driver and software.
  • Rename the HPBXPSRENDER.DLL file.
  • Download and install the print driver.

Click here to refer the document and perform troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.

If the issue is resolved and you appreciate my help,

Please click the "Accept as Solution" button and the "Thumbs Up".

Let me know how you make out.

Thanks for the reply.

Superb job on trying the different steps to isolate the issue.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Are you getting any error message when you try to print?

Meanwhile:

  • Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
  • Click here and follow the 2nd step.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers.

im try to stop the spooler then im start it again, but it still wont print.

when i want to print, its running good. the printing task will listed into the print queue. then if im waiting for a minute to get the result (paper) the printing task in print queue wil lost from the queue. its no error messages.hjhggggggj.jpg

i dont know how to resolve this.
