Hi,

 

I've purchased a HP Envy 4524 printer and I'm trying to set it up.

 

All I'm getting is 'Printer Failure' ox61000071.

 

What can I do to rectify this failure?

Please follow the step from '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Displays
