HP Photosmart 5510 series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,

I need some help or advice regarding the matter of my printer's CD for wireless connection setup, which is HP photosmart 5510 series. I bought a new laptop , Hp Pavilion Gaming Notebook which is windows 10, and when i came to install the printer software setup on my laptop i found out that it's only compatible for windows XP, Vista, and 7 but not 10.I bought this printer about 5 to 7 years ago and i need to install its software on my computer for quick printing and scanning. So, my question is;" From where do i install the software?" OR " What should i do regarding the CD, should i go to the customer service and ask for the latest CD or what?". Need help ASAP please!!!

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP forum.

Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/identify?q=HP+Photosmart+5510+series&tool=s-002#Z7_3...

Please select your printer and Win 10 OS before downloading and installing the FULL feature software.

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

Hope that helps.
