Printer will not support ePrint for registration. An alternative was not presented. As a result I can not access my printer for use. Any input ?
Thanks,
Chris

Hi,
ePrint is a different function, not all printers support this. The following link shows its specs
http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01490922
It does not support HP ePrint. If you wish to use HP ePrint you have to buy a new printer. There are many printers for this series (as above), do you konw what is yours ? Please check it label at the back. Some models have wireless.
>>> As a result I can not access my printer for use
It has USB connection, you still can connect it to your machine to print or scan.
Regards.
