I have 2 homes and have purchased the same wireless printer for each home so that I don't have to take one back and forth.  How do I install the second printer at the second location so that my laptop recognizes where to send documents to print?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

You can just install the 2nd printer.  However, you may want to rename it as "2nd home printer" etc

1. Go to your Devices and Printer > Right Click on your printer and go to Printer Properties

2.  Under the "General" tab, you can rename your printer.

Hope that helps!

Thank you, Greenturtle!  Once I got the 2nd printer installed properly I followed your suggestion and renamed the printers so that I know which one to use in which home.   Renaming was a perfect solution.  Kudos!  And thanks a million!
