Yes, There is Free software from Avery for this:
Avery Wizard for Microsoft® Office
The download software is very nice now-- it loads right into Word and creates .doc / .docx files from the templates.
If you do not have Word of your own, I think you can use the online templates and then just print the output on your own printer.
