Printing Problems

Hi - I've not long had my printer and I have gone to use it today for the first time. It is printing fine however only letter size but I have changed the settings on my computer to A4 but is still printing letter size? Anybody got any suggestions please?:-)

I understand that you are trying to print on A4 but your Envy series printer prints on US Letter size, even after you adjust the paper size setting. I would like to help with that.

I want to make sure that I am suggesting appropriate solution suggestions.

What Envy model do you have? If unsure, thiscan help - How Do I Find My Model or Printer Number?.

What operating system is your computer running?

However I have managed to fix the problem! I have the 5423 series. The problem was the programme I was running off - I have updated my computer now and everything seems to be printing at A4.
