HP 4650 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Presume this is "simple" but I cannot resolve it. Computer want the "WPS number" to link my exiasting printer to my new PC. I cannot find a WPS number on the printer??

I understand that you are looking to configure your computer with the printer over wireless.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you tried to setup the printer with USB?

 

Please refer to the below articles for assistance in setting up the printer on a Windows computer over wireless. 

HP 4500, 4600 Inkjet Printers - Wireless Printer Setup (Windows)

HP Printers - Find Your Wireless WEP, WPA, WPA2 Password (Windows)

If the issue persists, please setup the printer on the computer with USB connection and then convert the USB setup to wireless by following the procedure mentioned in this HP Article
