Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Attempting to install wireless connectionto my printer.  The wizard says theprinter is installed, but I get a box that says theinstallation failed.  The printer selection screen offers the 8710 as a scanner only and when I add the 8710 it fails.  I have downloaded the software but no change.  Interestingly, I can print a test page.

 

Suggestions?

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software.  The  following  video will show you how :
