Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

No error messages.    Wireless.  I uninstalled printer software and loaded it again.  Checked the system32 Print

Try / Consider:

 

 

Print Jobs Stuck in Print Queue (Windows)

 

Printer is Offline (Windows)

 

 

  • Dragon Notes:

 

Restart print services and clear the print folder

 

  • Control Panel > icon view > Administrative Tools > Services > Stop Print Spooler Service
  • Remove files from C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
  • Start Print Spooler Service

Cancel Print Jobs in the Printer Queue
