HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printe
Microsoft Windows XP

On the HP Screen to Download Printer Drivers,

before entering the Operating System and Version of the PC, there is automatically a message on the Screen that says,

"No Software or Drivers are available for this Product with the selected Operating System."

This message is on the screen before even entering the Operating System and Version of the PC.

I've tried 10 different times, I cannot get past this screen to do the Printer Driver Download for the

HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer.

What gives?

Thanks for Your Help,

I Really Appreciate it!!!
